    Start by reaching out through the contact form, phone, or email to schedule your notary service. You’ll be asked to share the type of document you need notarized and your preferred location (mobile or online).

  • 2. CONFIRM IDENTIFICATION

    Present a valid, government-issued photo ID to your notary. This helps verify your identity before signing.

  • 3. DOCUMENT REVIEW

    Your notary will review the document to ensure it’s complete and ready to sign. (Please note: notaries cannot provide legal advice or prepare documents.)

  • 4. SIGN & NOTARY

    You’ll sign the document in front of the notary, who will then complete the notarial certificate — adding their signature, seal, and date.

  • 5. RECEIVE YOUR DOCUMENT

    Immediately after the appointment, you'll receive your fully notarized document ready for submission or official use. (Note: different processing times for Apostille and Loan Signing services.)
